Hlala Fabrics have introduced the economy range of fabrics, for the more budget conscious customer, looking for a more affordable fabric range.
The Hlala Fabrics economy fabric range consists of three layers. The top layer is a warp knit fabric. The pile is created as part of a separate needle punch process after the fabric has been woven. The pile is made up of fabric filaments, as opposed to complete fabric strands. In a warp fabric, the fabric is first woven, and then water-dyed.
The middle layer of the fabric consists of a 3mm foam, which gives the fabric a soft, luxurious feel.
The bottom layer is a woven backer, which provides dimensional stability to the fabric as a whole. Standard roll lengths are approximately 30m, but the fabric can be supplied in cut lengths if required.
